About the role
We are seeking a well‑organized, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle emails, correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external parties on behalf of management.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to senior management.
Required profile
- 0–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Presentable, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
