About the role
This high‑impact position supports the Chairman and senior leadership at the core of the organisation. You will act as a trusted strategic partner, handling both business and personal priorities with discretion and foresight.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, inbox, meetings and travel logistics with precision.
- Prepare, review and handle executive correspondence, presentations, reports and confidential documents.
- Serve as a liaison between the Chairman, executives, board members and high‑profile external stakeholders.
- Act as gatekeeper, triaging communications to protect executive focus.
- Attend meetings, capture minutes, track action items and ensure follow‑ups are completed.
- Coordinate across departments to support strategic initiatives and leadership alignment.
- Provide personal support, including property, private travel and lifestyle arrangements.
- Anticipate needs, identify risks and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting C‑suite executives, founders or principals (UK and UAE experience preferred).
- Highly proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational, planning and project coordination capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a solutions‑driven mindset.
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgment on sensitive matters.
- Flexibility with working hours to provide senior‑level support.
