About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of an award‑winning interior fit‑out firm in Dubai. The role involves providing high‑level administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and create presentations and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and stakeholders, handling correspondence, emails and phone calls.
- Organise and maintain confidential files, records and documents.
- Track project progress, follow up on tasks and meet deadlines.
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences and business engagements.
- Assist in preparing budgets, expense reports and reimbursements.
- Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior‑support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professional discretion and integrity.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude with keen attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack and Google Workspace.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
What we offer
- Six‑day work week (Monday to Saturday) with occasional outside‑hour duties or travel.
