About the role

The Executive Butler creates exceptional, personalized experiences for distinguished guests at a Luxury Collection property in Dubai. Acting as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, the role demands the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail throughout the guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, managing special requests and arranging bespoke experiences.
• Oversee room readiness, coordinate seamless arrivals and departures, and ensure flawless service delivery.
• Serve as the main liaison for VIP guests, handling inquiries, providing local recommendations, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to synchronize operational activities and maintain luxury service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D.; hospitality degree or related education preferred.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, butler service, front‑office operations, or a customer‑facing role.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, while upholding discretion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and knowledge of VIP service practices.
