Executive Director, Brand Partnerships

About the role

Influencer is seeking an Executive Director of Brand Partnerships to lead commercial growth across the MENA region, focusing on the UAE market. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from identifying high‑value opportunities to closing deals that position Influencer as the preferred creator‑marketing partner for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable revenue growth by leading new‑business acquisition and expanding existing accounts in the UAE.
• Develop and execute a market‑specific sales strategy that aligns with Influencer’s global objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Services, Creative Strategy, Production, and Measurement teams to craft insight‑driven proposals.
• Represent Influencer at industry events, building relationships with platform partners such as TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Snap, and Pinterest.
• Shape the commercial model for MENA, defining how the organization sells, wins, and scales.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in new‑business development and enterprise sales within the advertising or creator‑marketing space.
• Deep network of senior brand and agency decision‑makers in the UAE.
• Track record of closing high‑value, complex deals and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strategic thinker who can influence cross‑functional teams and drive revenue‑focused initiatives.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Waves, Influencer’s AI‑driven operating system, or comparable data‑driven platforms.
