Executive Director Food & Beverage, Middle East, Africa & Türkiye

About the role

Accor, a global hospitality group with more than 5,500 hotels and 10,000 restaurants and bars, is looking for an Executive Director Food & Beverage for the Middle East, Africa and Türkiye region. Based in Dubai, the role leads F&B strategy and performance across the region, working closely with owners, stakeholders and hotel teams to drive operational excellence, revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver F&B strategies and programs aligned with global direction, tailored to the region
• Partner with the Regional President to align initiatives with each region's commercial and operational priorities
• Lead F&B input for new builds, renovations and concept creation, coordinating with operations, designers, architects and owners
• Monitor KPIs, run action plans for underperforming hotels and reinforce brand and quality standards through site visits and reviews
• Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and identify new revenue opportunities and markets
• Maintain strong relationships with owners and partners
• Mentor and coach F&B leaders, including interviewing key senior hires
• Work with Corporate Procurement on product quality and cost control
• Host annual F&B conferences, share global updates and build a culture of collaboration

Required profile

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in F&B operations within large-scale, multi-unit hotel chains or leading restaurant groups
• Proven track record of revenue growth, profit improvement and guest satisfaction in F&B
• Specialized knowledge of F&B market dynamics in UAE, KSA, Türkiye and Egypt
• Ability to travel and to work well under pressure
