Executive Director, Infrastructure Contractors

About the role

The Executive Director will lead the Infrastructure Contractors segment, managing large client relationships, originating new business, and ensuring portfolio credit quality while meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client and market analysis to identify opportunities and risks, maintaining up‑to‑date industry insights.
• Originate and close new business deals across banking products, preparing term sheets, information memoranda and coordinating with credit and product teams.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, develop account plans, and drive cross‑selling of banking solutions.
• Oversee day‑to‑day team activities, ensure compliance with KYC/AML policies, and manage risk reviews and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 12+ years of banking experience, including 8+ years in senior team‑management roles.
• Deep knowledge of wholesale or investment banking and FAB’s product suite.
• Strong relationship‑management and communication skills.
