Executive Host / Hostess – International Marketing

About the role

The Executive Host/Hostess – International Marketing will join Wynn Al Marjan Island’s International Marketing team, supporting the upcoming integrated resort in the UAE. The role focuses on developing high‑value gaming guests, managing VIP relationships, and delivering premium experiences across the resort’s facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value domestic gaming players, analysing activity and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
• Proactively solicit and book incremental trips, achieve revenue and player development targets, and reactivate lapsed players.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned guests, providing personalized service, property tours and on‑site visits.
• Invite, host and coordinate premium guests during gaming events, tournaments and marketing activations, ensuring seamless reservations, transportation and amenities.
• Maintain accurate player profiles in CRM systems, issue discretionary comps, and prepare performance and revenue reports.
• Collaborate with Gaming Operations, VIP Services, Hotel, F&B and Events teams, and partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling VIP information.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and deliver results under pressure.
