Executive Manager - Structured Credit Investments

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s Treasury & Investments Group, a hub for both conventional and Islamic banking solutions. You will help shape and execute the structured credit investment strategy, working closely with Management, Risk, and Finance teams to deliver sustainable, risk‑adjusted returns.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the structured credit investment strategy by executing approved mandates and monitoring market, macro‑economic, and regulatory trends.
• Source, screen, and analyse structured credit opportunities such as Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs), ensuring alignment with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Assess transaction structures, collateral quality, cash‑flow mechanics and counter‑party strength to support investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain portfolio risk‑monitoring tools, prepare regular reports for senior management, and recommend rebalancing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to maintain documentation and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to refine investment policies, frameworks, and controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in structured credit markets, including exposure to ABS, MBS and bespoke securitisation transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline; CFA, FRM or equivalent preferred.
• Strong professional integrity and a robust risk culture.
