Executive / Senior Executive – Sales & Carrier Relationship (Voice/SMS)

About the role

Aladin Communications Inc. is seeking an Executive or Senior Executive to join its Sales & Carrier Relationship Team, focusing on voice and SMS services. The role involves building and maintaining strategic carrier partnerships while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with carrier partners.
• Handle sales communications and coordinate with clients.
• Negotiate rates and explore new business opportunities.
• Monitor daily operational and sales activities.
• Achieve sales targets and broader business goals.
• Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in key account management and client performance analysis.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Honest, dedicated, and target‑oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in ISP, carrier, SMS, call‑center, or telesales environments is highly preferred.
