Experience Manager - Live Events & Activations

About the role

LINKVIVA, founded in 2003 and active across the Middle East, is looking for an Experience Manager in Dubai for a freelance role. The position drives the creative and operational delivery of activations and live experiences, taking ownership from concept through to on-site execution. It is a hands-on, fast-paced role working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver immersive activations and brand experiences
• Align creative ideas with client objectives and audience expectations
• Identify and apply cultural, creative and industry trends
• Build and manage relationships with performers, vendors, artists and partners
• Lead on-site delivery and ensure smooth execution
• Manage budgets and commercial considerations, spotting value and revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with creative, production, sponsorship and marketing teams
• Oversee timelines, deliverables and quality across multiple projects
• Contribute to post-event reviews

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in events, experiential or activation roles
• Proven track record of delivering live experiences or brand activations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end event delivery
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Valid driving licence
• Experience in fashion, beauty, retail or F&B, social media integration in live events, stage management or show calling, and Arabic skills are advantages
