Experienced Mason – Al Ain Construction Projects

About the role

Waagner Biro Bridge Services is looking for a skilled Mason to join its Al Ain team. You will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of structures using brick, stone, concrete, and tile, while ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan work and estimate material needs.
• Prepare and mix mortar, cement, lime, and other materials according to specifications.
• Construct and repair walls, floors, and other structures using brick, stone, concrete, and tile.
• Perform minor civil repairs, including painting, tiling, and gypsum work.
• Install and repair concrete, terrazzo, quarry tile, wall tile, ceramic floor, and specialty floors.
• Erect barricades and place warning signals to maintain site safety.
• Operate sandblasting equipment for surface preparation.
• Document work performed and materials used for accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with other construction professionals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Mason or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work at heights when required.
