About the role

Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to hire experienced supplier managers who will help train a new language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, flexible, and paid at $70 per hour.

Key responsibilities

Run end‑to‑end sourcing processes, including drafting and managing RFPs/RFQs.
Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core procurement workflows such as vendor scoring, contract and SLA review, spend‑analysis reports, and risk assessments.
Develop and maintain vendor evaluation matrices and category‑strategy pipelines.

Required profile

Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
Direct ownership of RFP/RFQ cycles and experience negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
Exceptional written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
