About the role
Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to hire experienced supplier managers who will help train a new language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, flexible, and paid at $70 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Run end‑to‑end sourcing processes, including drafting and managing RFPs/RFQs.
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core procurement workflows such as vendor scoring, contract and SLA review, spend‑analysis reports, and risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain vendor evaluation matrices and category‑strategy pipelines.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
- Direct ownership of RFP/RFQ cycles and experience negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
- Exceptional written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
