Export Sales Executive

About the role

Careers International is hiring a full-time Export Sales Executive in Dubai for the FMCG sector. The role covers identifying and targeting new international markets, developing export sales strategies, managing relationships with key customers and distributors, and handling export documentation and logistics coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new international markets for FMCG products and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed export revenue targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with key customers, distributors and partners in global markets.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors and customer needs, and spot opportunities for new product introductions or adaptations.
• Ensure export shipments comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with logistics teams on shipment tracking and delivery, and resolve shipment issues or delays.
• Build long-term relationships with international clients and distributors, and report regularly to management on sales performance, market feedback and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5-6 years of proven experience in export sales within the FMCG sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth in global markets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of international trade, export processes and logistics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office and sales analytics tools.
