EYFS Teacher – Immediate Start

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding EYFS Teacher to join immediately in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering the English National Curriculum and driving high standards of achievement for all learners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement department policies and practices that reflect the school’s vision and commitment to high standards.
• Establish, monitor and evaluate short, medium and long‑term plans for departmental development.
• Use data effectively to identify under‑achieving students and create targeted action plans.
• Ensure schemes of work are developed, regularly reviewed and include provision for SEN/POD, G&T and EAL students.
• Set expectations for staff regarding achievement, teaching quality and behaviour, and evaluate teaching practice to drive improvement.
• Manage department resources, budgets and deployment of staff efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with PGCE or equivalent teacher qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably with the UK curriculum.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
