Facility Engineer

About the role

Uniestate Properties LLC is looking for a Facility Engineer to ensure efficient operation, maintenance and reliability of its facilities, systems and equipment in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with objectives, timelines and milestones for facilities projects.
• Coordinate resources across departments, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Generate regular progress reports, ensure safety equipment is available and staff are trained.
• Supervise maintenance staff, contractors and vendors, conduct inspections and handle FM‑related complaints 24/7.
• Liaise with government entities and manage change‑management opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management or restoration works.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and people‑management skills.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of facilities engineering and renovation works.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for facilities management.
