Factory Director

About the role

The Factory Director will lead all manufacturing operations at Adam's Apple FZE in Dubai, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives are met. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to senior management and drives continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production planning, scheduling and execution to achieve output, quality and cost goals.
• Coordinate activities between production, maintenance, quality, supply chain and HSE functions.
• Implement and monitor quality management systems and drive process optimisation.
• Review daily performance, resolve operational issues and enforce safety standards.
• Manage budgets, resources and report key performance indicators to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Several years of progressive experience in factory, plant or operations leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations and HSE best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes.
