Family Medicine Consultant – Primary Care (Dubai)

About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in Dubai is expanding its continuity‑based primary care, preventive health and chronic disease management services. The organization seeks an experienced Family Medicine Consultant/Specialist to join a multidisciplinary clinical team delivering high‑quality care to a diverse international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups, addressing acute, chronic and preventive health needs.
• Manage common conditions, chronic diseases, vaccinations, screening programs and lifestyle risk‑reduction counseling.
• Coordinate referrals, ensure continuity of care with specialists, diagnostics and allied health professionals.
• Deliver evidence‑based counseling in family health, occupational health, travel medicine and wellness.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, patient education materials and follow‑up plans.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, preventive‑care campaigns and patient‑safety projects.

Required profile

• Internationally trained family medicine physician with recognized specialist qualification (e.g., American Board of Family Medicine, UK CCT/MRCGP, European or national specialist recognition, Royal College of Canada, Australian FRACGP/FACRRM, Arab Board, MD/DNB/FCPS, etc.).
• Eligibility for UAE medical licensing and facility credentialing.
• Ability to work in a modern, technology‑enabled clinical environment and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
