Family Medicine Specialist

About the role

Mediclinic Meadows in Dubai is seeking a Family Medicine Specialist to deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑based care while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards set by the company and UAE regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high‑quality clinical services to patients in an efficient manner.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality management standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Promote continuous professional development for self and colleagues.
• Uphold integrity and ethical standards in all clinical activities.

Required profile

• Basic medical degree and a recognised specialty qualification/fellowship/diploma approved by the UAE healthcare authority.
• Active registration in a specialty recognised by the UAE healthcare regulator.
• Active and valid life‑support certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience at specialist level (independent of country).
• Preferably at least 1 year specialist experience in a Tier‑1 country as defined by the UAE regulator.
