Family Medicine Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Family Medicine Specialist to join our multidisciplinary medical centre in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive primary healthcare, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, treatment and long‑term management of patients across all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care consultations for patients of all age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence‑based clinical practices.
• Conduct routine health screenings, preventive care, and wellness assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists when required.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and long‑term health management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with quality and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education.

Required profile

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Family Medicine or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience in providing comprehensive primary healthcare services.
• Valid DHA/DOH/MOH/SHA license or DOH eligibility.

Required skills

• Evidence‑based clinical practice.
• Medical record management.

What we offer
