Fashion Advisor

About the role

Careers International is looking for a Fashion Advisor in Dubai who can give customers personalised styling guidance, with expertise in textiles and design consulting. The role suits someone with strong communication skills, excellent customer handling and in-depth knowledge of fabrics and fashion trends.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert styling advice tailored to customers' preferences, body types and current fashion trends.
• Help customers choose fabrics by explaining textile properties, quality and suitability for different outfits.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends, colour combinations and seasonal styles.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
• Work with designers and tailors to recommend personalised outfit selections.
• Support visual merchandising to keep the store layout attractive.
• Assist in sales and product promotions to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain a database of customer preferences to build long-term relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in fashion advising, textiles or related fields.
• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Science or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of textiles, fabrics and garment construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced retail or boutique environment.
• Advanced Arabic (speaking) and fluent English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Nationality open to Arab nationals.

What we offer

• Salary of 4,000 AED plus commission of 1,000-1,200 AED depending on target achievement.

• 9 hours per day (8 working hours plus a 1-hour break), 6 days a week.
