Fashion Consultant - The Shoe Deal

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Fashion Consultant for The Shoe Deal in Dubai. You will achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience, and support the implementation of CRM, CX and other customer and people initiatives in-store.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers to feed business reviews
• Build client relationships within an omni-channel approach
• Give pre-buying feedback on products and drive sell-throughs in the store
• Promote the MUSE loyalty programme and keep up to date with app offerings
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs, and that click-and-collect is done within SLAs
• Capture customer data according to marketing team requirements and help raise eNPS through people experience initiatives
• Support in-store marketing events, brand social media campaigns and in-store CX initiatives
• Provide feedback on what is and is not working well in the store

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills
• Arabic, Russian or Hindi is an advantage
• Prior experience in footwear is preferred; retail experience is mandatory
• Clienteling and building CRM are essential
• Comfortable commuting to Outlet Village
