About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic F&B Lounge Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a luxury hotel in Dubai. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service in a stylish lounge setting.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring a polished presentation.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and clear tables promptly.
- Communicate guest requests to the kitchen and coordinate with bar staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, workstations, and equipment.
- Handle menus, verify items visually, and assist guests with menu information.
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work safely on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift and carry items as described.
