F&B Marketing Manager - Advertising & Brand Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE set to open in 2027, is looking for an F&B Marketing Manager to join its Advertising and Brand Marketing team. The resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah and will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a theater, a beach club, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade and a celebrations and events center.

Key responsibilities

• Lead F&B marketing strategies across a multi-concept portfolio, growing guest covers and total revenue through seasonal activations and always-on campaigns with strong social engagement and brand awareness.
• Own the F&B marketing calendar, keeping priorities, pacing and alignment clear across the portfolio.
• Work with revenue, sales and reservations teams to support cover targets and seasonal demand, and with chefs, restaurant managers and bar teams so marketing stays responsive to business needs.
• Manage content planning and creative assets, including regular photo and video shoots, and keep all collateral accurate and consistent across digital and on-property touch points.
• Develop, brief and manage partnerships and external agencies, and coordinate PR, social and digital activity with the wider marketing team.
• Monitor and report marketing performance, and stay informed on regional and global F&B trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B or nightlife marketing, ideally in a multi-brand hospitality environment.
• Proven use of digital marketing platforms, performance reporting and analytics to inform strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional work and reporting to senior management.
• Sound understanding of the UAE market, consumer behaviour and regional hospitality trends.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
