Technician Supervisor - Gaming Technicians

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE set to open in 2027, is looking for a Technician Supervisor to join its Gaming Technicians team. The supervisor oversees daily activities of gaming technicians, ensures timely response to service calls and repairs, and keeps technical operations compliant with UAE gaming regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of gaming technicians, ensuring timely response to service calls, repairs and preventive maintenance
• Monitor gaming machine performance, identify recurring issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Assign tasks and manage technician schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching and technical guidance to team members
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, machine configuration records and regulatory documentation
• Coordinate with gaming equipment manufacturers and service providers for technical support and repairs
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, tools and consumables
• Stay informed on new gaming technologies and assist in integrating new platforms, cashless systems and digital interfaces
• Collaborate with IT, Surveillance and Gaming Operations to maintain system connectivity and operational reliability

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electronic gaming machines or gaming equipment maintenance
• Previous experience in a lead or senior technician role within a regulated gaming environment
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays based on operational needs

Required skills

• Strong understanding of electronic gaming machines and table game hardware, software and networking fundamentals
• Knowledge of UAE gaming regulations and Wynn Resorts' internal controls
