Key responsibilities

• Provide flawless service from welcome to farewell, adhering to brand standards.
• Execute all operational F&B tasks while maintaining high service quality.
• Anticipate guest needs, prevent complaints, and manage service recovery when required.
• Collaborate proactively with fellow ambassadors, keeping the guest’s interests at heart.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality setting.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
