About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring food and beverage service is seamless and enjoyable. This role involves setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, interact with guests, and serve food and drinks.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
- Read and verify menu information, and handle menu-related tasks.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) while navigating various surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects as described.
