About the role
The F&B Service Expert (Cake) creates memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring food and beverage service is seamless and enjoyable. This role involves setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a tidy dining environment.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and supplies.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
- Capability to read and verify menu information visually.
