F&B Service Expert – In Room Dining

About the role

The Guest Service Expert for In‑Room Dining at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal delivers a memorable dining experience for hotel guests. You will be the link between the kitchen and the guest, ensuring every meal is served with precision and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables for in‑room dining service.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, present menus, and serve meals and beverages.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and service supplies.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and manage guest requests.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
