About the role
Join Aloft in Dubai as an F&B Service Expert, delivering memorable food and beverage experiences for guests. You will be responsible for a range of front‑of‑house tasks that ensure service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Interact with guests, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain clean work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
- Read and verify menu information, handling menu‑related queries.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
