About the role
The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a Guest Service Expert to deliver memorable breakfast and brunch experiences. You will set tables, communicate with the kitchen, serve guests, and maintain a clean work environment, ensuring every transaction feels part of the overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate orders.
- Maintain safe work practices, including lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related hospitality experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
Required skills
- Basic food and beverage service knowledge.
- Ability to read and verify menu information visually.
