About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert for the pool bar leads a team to deliver memorable food and beverage experiences. You will ensure smooth operations, uphold safety and quality standards, and support guests throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas and replenish supplies to keep service flowing.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, quality standards, and proper uniform and appearance.
- Manage physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving on uneven surfaces for extended periods.
- Support the team by supervising daily activities and ensuring consistent guest service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No mandatory prior experience; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and navigate sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Physical capability to lift and carry objects up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.
