About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert for the pool bar will help create memorable food and beverage experiences for guests. You will work on the floor, supporting operations, ensuring safety, quality, and professional presentation at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas, and replenish supplies.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Read and verify menu information, maintain a safe workplace, and follow company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior supervisory experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks as described.
