About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures food and beverage operations run smoothly by providing hands‑on assistance throughout the service area. Working on the hotel floor, you will help create a memorable experience for guests while maintaining safety, hygiene and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, replenish linens and service items, and keep work areas clean and well‑stocked.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks, transport supplies, and support timely food and drink delivery.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards, following company policies and proper uniform presentation.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance), reaching overhead, and moving on varied surfaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth guest transactions and a seamless service flow.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific license or certification required.
