F&B Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Team Leader to manage daily operations at our Dubai property. The role involves leading a diverse team, ensuring high service standards, and delivering memorable guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily food and beverage service operations.
• Coordinate team schedules, shift activities, and ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintain compliance with service, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support inventory control and overall outlet operations.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and customer service abilities.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurants is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Hospitality‑related qualification is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
