Female Butler for Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a highly professional Female Butler to join the team at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, a 5‑star beachfront resort. The role focuses on delivering personalized, discreet service to discerning guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfil guest needs, including packing/unpacking, laundry, and personal shopping.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain immaculate guest suites.
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as required, and assist with private event planning.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and manage correspondence and schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a comparable high‑end hospitality role.
• Exceptional communication, discretion, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lb, with flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in luxury service etiquette and protocol.
• Basic computer skills for guest correspondence and record‑keeping.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
