Female Coach

About the role

The Female Coach will deliver safe, effective, and motivating one‑on‑one and small‑group training sessions. Working in a gym environment, she will design personalized programs, track progress, and help members reach their fitness goals while supporting club revenue through personal training sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized training sessions tailored to each member’s fitness level, goals, and needs.
• Achieve personal training sales targets and maintain the required number of weekly sessions.
• Design, update, and adjust individualized training programs based on assessments and ongoing results.
• Perform fitness assessments, record member progress, and modify programs to ensure continued improvement.
• Promote and sell personal training packages, class series, and other fitness services.
• Build strong professional relationships with members to boost motivation, retention, and referrals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized training area and ensure proper equipment use.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fitness trends, training techniques, and certifications through continuous development.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver scheduled group fitness classes.
• Keep accurate records of sessions, programs, and progress in the CRM system.
