Field Marketing Manager

About the role

The Field Marketing Manager will act as the commercial engine that connects market intelligence with revenue generation. Working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations, you will accelerate growth by turning insights into actions that move customers through their buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial Intelligence: monitor pipeline dynamics, market conditions, competitor activity and use data to flag and prioritize opportunities before they become obvious.
• Customer Intelligence: build a complete view of target accounts using CRM, marketing automation, intent platforms, website engagement and AI‑generated buying signals.
• Sales Activation: partner with regional sales leaders to design and execute commercial plays, equip account teams with insight, messaging and personalised experiences.
• AI‑Driven Marketing: harness AI agents to research prospects, generate account intelligence and automate execution of marketing activities.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: ensure alignment with Sales, Revenue Operations and Customer Success to deliver the right commercial activity at the right moment.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of pipeline dynamics and revenue sources.
• Ability to continuously monitor market trends and translate data into commercial action.
• Strong alignment with sales teams and a reputation for helping them win business.
• Experience building comprehensive customer readiness profiles using multiple data sources.
• Comfort working with AI tools to augment research and execution.
