Field Marketing Manager – Middle East

About the role

Shield AI is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Middle East to lead regional brand awareness, support business development, and strengthen relationships with customers and partners. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will tailor global campaigns to local market dynamics and drive impactful events across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy to boost Shield AI’s presence and brand recognition in the Middle East.
• Localize global campaigns and messaging to reflect cultural nuances and audience needs.
• Plan and manage regional events, including trade shows, defense exhibitions, and industry conferences.
• Support go‑to‑market and partnership marketing with distributors, defense contractors, and government entities.
• Collaborate with global communications to ensure consistent brand storytelling across media, PR, and digital platforms.
• Create region‑specific content such as press releases, customer success stories, and partner spotlights.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI, optimizing investments for maximum impact.
• Serve as the regional marketing point of contact, aligning internal and external teams with business development and product goals.
• Provide market intelligence on competitive positioning, regional trends, and policy developments.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development, preferably in aerospace, defense, or advanced technology sectors.
• Proven success in designing and executing regional marketing programs across multiple Middle East markets.
• Strong understanding of B2G and B2B marketing within regulated, defense, or high‑security industries.
