Finance Consultant – Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Emirati Finance Consultant to support Emiratization and talent development initiatives in the UAE. You will work with business leaders and a diverse team of experts to design and implement finance solutions that enable digital transformation and consolidation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate sessions on application and process design.
• Apply financial concepts to translate functional requirements into technical solution designs.
• Design and develop application components in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as SAP or Oracle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and functional process challenges promptly.
• Map complex processes into logical design components for future‑state solutions.
• Lead work streams for consolidation implementations (e.g., process lead, testing lead, training lead, UAT lead).
• Assist with conversion and reconciliation of financial data for consolidations.
• Prepare key deliverables including design documents, test documentation, training materials, and procedural guides.

Required profile

• Emirati national as required by local regulations.
• Proven experience working in a consulting firm, preferably on finance or ERP projects.
• Experience with financial consolidation and data conversion activities.
