Finance Director

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Director to build and lead our Accounting and Treasury divisions, ensuring full IFRS compliance and supporting rapid growth across multiple verticals, including indoor farming, food processing, and AI data centres.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and IFRS‑compliant reporting for all entities.
• Develop a corporate treasury strategy, manage liquidity, banking relationships, and secure financing for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation for verticals such as indoor farming, food processing, and AI data centres.
• Partner with division heads to align project milestones with financial targets, negotiate vendor contracts, and create pricing strategies for specialized products.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 3 years as a Finance Director, VP of Finance, or CFO.
• Proven track record of establishing and scaling Accounting and Treasury functions.
• Deep knowledge of UAE financial regulations, corporate tax, VAT, and statutory audit requirements.
