Finance Executive – Incentive & Commission Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Finance Executive to own the end‑to‑end calculation, validation and payout of incentives, commissions and bonuses across multiple business functions in Dubai. The role demands strong numerical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with large data sets while ensuring transparency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate monthly, quarterly and annual incentives, commissions and bonuses for various departments based on predefined business rules.
• Develop, maintain and enhance incentive calculation models and trackers.
• Reconcile incentive calculations against operational and financial data.
• Generate performance‑metric reports to support compensation decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, HR and Management to gather and validate data.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in incentive and commission calculations.
• Implement and maintain Maker‑Checker controls, audit trails and robust governance over payouts.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes using advanced Excel functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, compensation analysis, commission administration, payroll or MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working in a Maker‑Checker control environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, nested formulas, data validation and reconciliation).
