Finance Executive - SAP & Reporting

About the role

The Finance Executive supports the organization's financial reporting, accounting and controlling activities in a manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial information. The role maintains financial records, performs reconciliations, supports month-end and year-end closing and uses SAP for transactions and reporting, working closely with the Finance team and other business units.

Key responsibilities

• SAP: record, process, review and extract financial data; generate reports and check for discrepancies; help resolve SAP issues and support system enhancements and automation.
• Reporting: prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and assist with financial statements, management reports and supporting schedules.
• Closing and accounting: support monthly, quarterly and annual closing; prepare and maintain account reconciliations; review journal entries, accruals and provisions.
• Audit and compliance: support internal and external audits, prepare schedules and documentation, follow internal controls and help with statutory reporting and tax submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• ACCA, CMA or another relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
• 3-7 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial reporting.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, general accounting and account reconciliations.

Required skills

• Hands-on SAP experience (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Analytical skills, attention to detail and strong communication and coordination skills
