Finance Executive (Treasury) – Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

The Finance Executive manages daily treasury operations, including monitoring cash and bank balances, processing banking transactions, and performing bank and cash reconciliations. The role supports the Finance Department by keeping control over company liquidity, monitoring customer payment collections, ensuring timely allocation of received payments, managing cheque transactions and maintaining complete documentation for all treasury activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash and bank balances, prepare balance reports and highlight significant movements to the Finance Manager
• Verify customer payments against bank confirmations and outstanding invoices, allocate them in the ERP system and close sales invoices after payment
• Perform daily bank reconciliations, investigate differences and ensure no unexplained variances remain
• Process approved bank transfers, verify authorisation and maintain supporting documents and transfer logs
• Reconcile cash accounts, investigate cash differences and process approved cash payments
• Manage supplier cheques and payment schedules, and receive, record and follow up on customer cheques
• Prepare daily and periodic treasury reports, support month-end closing and keep treasury documentation ready for audits
• Follow company policies, procedures and financial approval requirements, and recommend improvements to treasury processes
