Finance Lawyer – Associate (Dubai)

About the role
We are partnering with a leading international law firm to hire a Finance Lawyer – Associate for its Dubai office. The role focuses on domestic and cross‑border financing transactions across the GCC, supporting a diverse client base including lenders, sponsors, private‑equity funds and sovereign wealth funds.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on general corporate lending transactions.
- Draft, review and negotiate finance documentation.
- Support transactions from structuring through to completion.
- Conduct due diligence and assist with deal execution.
- Provide counsel to lenders, sponsors, private‑equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporates.
- Work on complex domestic and cross‑border financing matters across multiple sectors.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience in Banking & Finance.
- Strong background in general corporate lending transactions.
- Experience representing lenders, sponsors, private‑equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporates.
- Previous experience at a reputable international law firm.
