Finance Manager – Financial Risk Management

About the role

The Finance Manager – Financial Risk Management will lead the design, implementation and ongoing monitoring of ADNOC Logistics & Services' Financial Risk Management Framework (FRMF). The role ensures the company’s exposure to market and operational price risks is managed effectively while supporting business resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design and continuously update the Financial Risk Management Policy, Framework, manuals, procedures and guidelines.
• Advise on integrating FRMF policy and strategy into business strategy, investment decisions and business plans.
• Implement risk management policies, procedures and controls for market risk (FX, interest rate, financial counter‑party) and operational price risk (commodity, freight rate, EU carbon allowance).
• Provide guidance to divisions and subsidiaries to ensure consistent application of the FRMF.
• Establish and maintain risk evaluation methodologies and up‑to‑date risk registers.
• Lead risk‑assessment workshops, develop mitigation plans and support the creation of a Management/Sub‑Board Price Risk Committee.
• Assist the committee secretary, participate in sub‑committees and deliver periodic reports with mitigation recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven ability to advise, lead and manage the establishment of a financial risk management framework.
• Experience supporting senior management and business units in risk identification, evaluation and mitigation.
• Strong analytical skills to develop risk evaluation methodologies and maintain high data quality in risk systems.
• Capability to conduct workshops, prepare reports and communicate risk issues to committees and executives.
