Join dnata FP&A as a Finance Manager and become a trusted commercial finance partner for UAE Airport Operations. You will influence strategic decisions, drive financial discipline, and translate operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as advisor to operational leaders, providing challenge and support for informed decision‑making.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long‑term plans, holding the business accountable for performance.
• Develop and validate business cases for new ventures, capital investments and long‑term commercial agreements.
• Monitor performance through robust reporting, KPIs and performance forums, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Produce clear management narratives that turn complex financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Maintain a strong financial control environment and ensure compliance with corporate governance manuals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial finance within a fast‑paced, operationally intensive environment.
• Strong commercial credibility with the ability to provide constructive challenge.
• Excellent judgement, agility and the capacity to work amid complexity and ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of operational drivers such as manpower productivity, capacity utilisation and operational efficiency.
