Finance Manager – FP&A

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A activities for its Jebel Ali operations. The role will provide robust financial planning, reporting, and commercial analysis to support strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate monthly MIS, financial reports and management packs, highlighting performance, trends and key variances.
• Develop financial and MIS models for cost‑neutral pricing, intercompany rates, customer profitability and third‑party analysis.
• Support feasibility studies, business cases and financial evaluations for expansion projects and commercial initiatives.
• Monitor operational and financial KPIs, identify anomalies and provide analysis for corrective actions.
• Prepare CAPEX and AFE requests in coordination with operations, ensuring compliance with group policies.
• Review contracts, SLAs, customer profitability and divisional performance to improve profitability.
• Guide teams on VAT and tax compliance across sales and purchase transactions.
• Maintain tax records, support quarterly and annual return submissions, assist with audits and deliver VAT/tax training.
• Coordinate accounting, regulatory, VAT, tax, audit and annual return requirements across UAE, KSA and Oman.
• Produce ad‑hoc analysis, reports and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent finance qualification.
• 5–8 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in commercial or operational finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
