Finance Manager – Hospitality & F&B Operations

About the role

Majestas is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for two premium restaurant concepts operating within the Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai. The role combines full‑cycle accounting, tax compliance, and performance analysis to support the profitability and growth of high‑end hospitality venues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete accounting cycle for both restaurant operations, ensuring accurate month‑end and year‑end close.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analyses.
• Develop, monitor, and update annual budgets and forecasts.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital requirements, and profitability reporting by outlet, department, and revenue stream.
• Ensure full UAE VAT compliance, filings, reconciliations and coordinate corporate tax reporting.
• Act as primary liaison with external auditors, coordinate statutory audits and resolve audit findings.
• Monitor food, beverage and labour cost percentages, inventory controls, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or senior accountant within the UAE hospitality or F&B sector.
• Strong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and profitability analysis in high‑volume restaurant environments.
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
